CallSwitch Call is a Chrome extension developed by TelcoSwitch Limited. It is a free add-on tool that allows users to easily make phone calls from their Chrome browser using the CallSwitch Communicator application.
CallSwitch Communicator is a Windows/Mac OS application that provides users of CallSwitch Hosted Platform with various unified communications features such as presence, instant messaging, screen popping, and click to dial. It can be used as a standalone softphone or integrated with IP handsets for seamless call management.
With the CallSwitch Call Chrome extension, users can dial any telephone number on a web page by simply clicking on it. This eliminates the need to manually enter the number into the Communicator application, saving time and effort.
